HR Manager — Drive People & Processes at a Legacy Bakery

Stephens Bakery in Rosyth, Scotland, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join at an exciting growth stage. This permanent, onsite role will support around 270 colleagues across manufacturing, retail and support functions.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead day-to-day HR delivery, handle employee relations, improve systems and processes, and back people initiatives. Salary is up to £60,000 FTE, pro rata for four days.
