As a
Production Technician , you will:Assemble, test and inspect products, sensors, prototypes and special buildsCarry out product calibration and quality inspectionsFollow manufacturing processes and build documentation accuratelyComplete production records, traceability documentation and test reportsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across productionMonitor stock levels of manufacturing consumablesEnsure compliance with quality, ESD, COSHH and health & safety proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actionsMaintain a clean, organised and efficient work areaCollaborate closely with fellow Production Technicians and production leadershipWhat We’re Looking For
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to follow production schedules and work instructionsUnderstanding of technical drawings and assembly documentationExcellent attention to detail and quality standardsGood manual dexterity and practical assembly skillsStrong communication and organisational abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat’s On Offer?
