Laboratory Operations Director

Fugro is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Laboratory Manager to lead our Wallingford laboratory. You will own the lab’s commercial and operational performance, shaping strategy, people leadership and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality and technical capability.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive revenue, efficiency and growth, maintaining ISO 17025 governance and delivering long-term capability development for the business.
