Private Client Solicitor
TSR Legal is working with a legal practice seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team.This position would suit a solicitor looking for a varied role where they can manage their own workload, work directly with clients and continue developing their expertise across private client matters.The Role
You’ll support individuals and families with important legal decisions concerning their estates, assets and future arrangements. The work will involve a mixture of straightforward matters and more involved cases, with responsibility for progressing files and maintaining a high standard of client care.Key areas of work will include:Preparing wills and advising on estate planning.
Handling estate administration following a death.
Assisting clients with trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Managing files, meeting deadlines and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE and a background in private client work.You should be comfortable managing your own caseload, communicating sensitively with clients and handling matters with care and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills, sound legal knowledge and a practical approach to problem-solving will be important.The Opportunity
