Project Manager

You will work closely with clients, contractors and design teams, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met. You will monitor project performance, risks and costs while providing regular updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects on behalf of major clients
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Monitor programme, costs, risks and project performance
• Coordinate design and technical teams
• Assist with procurement and contract administration
• Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients

Key requirements

• data centre experience preferred
• utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-out experience considered
• strong communication and client-facing skills
