School Business Manager
An exciting opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team of a successful Single Academy Trust.
We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to provide strategic leadership of all business and operational functions across the Academy.
Reporting directly to the Co-Headteachers and working closely with Trustees, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the school while ensuring excellence in financial management, HR, estates, IT, compliance and support services.
This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for:
- Finance and resource management
- HR and payroll
- Estates, premises and facilities
- Health and safety
- IT infrastructure and digital strategy
- Data systems and information management
- Catering services
- Reception Team and Administrative Support Staff
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic advice, lead organisational improvement, manage significant budgets and ensure the Academy delivers outstanding value for money while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service delivery.
We are looking for someone who:
Has substantial senior leadership experience. Is a strong strategic and financial leader. Can successfully lead and develop diverse teams. Has excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Is committed to delivering high-quality services that support excellent outcomes for young people.
