Community Health Worker: Family & Child Development Advocate

Devon County Council is seeking a part-time Community Health Worker to join the Health Visiting team at Crediton hospital. The role covers 22.5 hours per week, supporting families with young children in community, home, and virtual settings.

You will collaborate with Health Visitors to deliver the Healthy Child Programme and targeted care. You will need a childcare qualification (QCF/NVQ3) or equivalent, a valid driving license, and a passion for safeguarding and child development.
