Mental Health Crisis Support Worker (Bank Shifts)

Tezlom Healthcare is seeking Mental Health Crisis Workers to provide non-clinical, practical and recovery-focused support in Uxbridge. You will work alongside mental health professionals to promote independence and wellbeing for service users.

Ideal candidates have experience in mental health or related community settings, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, calm approach to distressed individuals. Bank shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends and nights, is essential.
