Job Description:
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking a Band 6 District Nursing Sister for the Evening and Overnight District Nursing Service in Central Manchester. The role focuses on autonomous home-based nursing care, patient assessment, planning and evaluation to prevent hospital admissions.
You will provide clinical leadership, supervise junior staff, and work with GPs, OOH services, and other teams. Night shifts are 22:30–08:00, with a driving requirement for city-wide coverage.
