We are currently looking passionate Residential Support Workers to join a specialist Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Atrincham with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for caring individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils with special educational needs.
• Assist pupils with classroom activities, learning and personal development.
• Support pupils with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff.
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive school environment.Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to adapt to individual pupils’ needs.
• Relevant qualifications at Levels 1-3 are welcome.
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one, subject to the employer’s requirements., Experience working within a specialist SEN school.
