Adult Social Care Lawyer – Hybrid Role, Court of Protection

Lancashire County Council is recruiting an Adult Social Care lawyer to join the legal team at County Hall, Preston, with hybrid working options and a permanent, full-time role.

You will advise internal clients on Adult Social Care matters, especially Court of Protection work, handling issues such as funding disputes and Care Act responsibilities, and collaborate with local authorities, health professionals and counsel.
