Senior Children’s Home Support Worker – Glynneath

Pharmacyupdate is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children home in the Glynneath area near Neath. You will provide care and supervision to up to 4 young people with emotional needs, helping them thrive in a supportive home environment.

This role offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, with a pay package around the local market and built-in sleep-in shifts as part of the rota. Excellent communication and safeguarding skills are essential.
