Sky in Cardiff is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from existing Sky customers considering cancellations and to identify the best package to fit their needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, 37.5 hours per week across Mon–Sun with shift patterns, and a hybrid pattern after training to balance office and home working.
