Embedded Talent Acquisition Specialist – DV/SC Clearance

Troi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist specialising in DV and SC clearance. The role is embedded with a client in London with a hybrid model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and is full-time.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for DV/SC/security-cleared roles across defence, national security, government and related sectors. You will work with hiring managers to develop talent strategies and source hard-to-find candidates, advising on market conditions and timelines.
