Market Lavington Care Home is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN) to lead the clinical and care teams on a dedicated unit. You will ensure high-quality, safe care and drive governance and medication oversight in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
Based on a contracted 44 hours per week, the role offers paid DBS, pension, uniform and generous annual leave. Clear progression routes to Deputy and Home Manager roles are provided within a supportive leadership structure.
