Cheltenham, GloucestershireTSR Legal is working with a well-established law firm in Cheltenham to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer at Associate or Senior Associate level.This is an excellent opportunity for an established property lawyer to join a respected team, manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.The firm is seeking a commercially minded individual with strong technical expertise, a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and an established network of clients or professional referrers.The RoleYou will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients across a broad range of residential property transactions, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesShared ownership transactionsLease extensionsGeneral residential property mattersAlongside managing your caseload, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts.
