A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its successful conveyancing team in Wiltshire.

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential conveyancing work

The firm offers an excellent support structure, including a dedicated administration team for file opening and a specialist post-completions team, allowing fee earners to focus on client care and fee earning.

Requirements:

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
