Deputy Home Manager – Residential Care for Young People

CareTech is recruiting a Residential Deputy Manager for a children’s home in Telford. The home supports young people with learning disabilities, including autism and communication needs, and operates with a small, dedicated team.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and high-quality care. A Level 4 qualification and a valid driving license are essential, with flexibility for evenings, nights and weekends.
