Responsibilities

• assist in litigation on catastrophic injury and large loss claims
• support insurers and public authorities in Scotland
• work closely with Partners and senior team on complex matters
• contribute to case strategy and file management
• participate in cross-functional discussions and client meetings

Key requirements

• solicitor with interest in litigation and defendant personal injury
• background in Personal Injury or Litigation advantageous but not essential
