The roleAs Retail Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing your team.
Driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Managing store operations, rotas and stock.
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards.
What we’re looking forPrevious retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
A commercial mindset and experience driving sales.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership.
