Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Independence (PT)

Voyage Care in Norton Fitzwarren is hiring a Senior Support Worker (Part Time) on a £15.43 per hour basis for 24 hours a week. Typical shifts run 07:30–19:30, two shifts weekly with alternating weekends, and a supportive team environment in our residential nursing service.

You will help residents gain independence, assist with day-to-day supervision, shift planning, and training for new colleagues, while ensuring high-quality care and DBS checks as part of our commitments.
