The Forward Trust seeks a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join the team at HMP Highdown, delivering recovery-focused psychosocial and clinical support to people in custody. This full-time role operates within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive framework.
You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments, deliver 1:1 and group sessions, support release planning and collaborate with healthcare and partner services, with DBS checks and site travel as required.
