Head of Children’s Home – Ofsted-Ready Leadership (Coventry)

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and committed Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed residential children’s home in Coventry, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This role carries overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, development of the staff team and, most importantly, ensuring positive outcomes for the young people in our care, while maintaining Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards.
