Strategic Clinical Safety Lead – Health IT

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and Isle of Wight NHS Trust are seeking a Lead Clinical Safety Officer to oversee the clinical safety of health IT across both organisations.

You will lead risk management, maintain Clinical Safety Cases and Hazard Logs, ensure DCB0129 and DCB0160 compliance, and provide expert safety guidance across major digital programmes, including EPR and interoperability.
