Restaurant Supervisor – Lead Service & Guest Experience

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for The Ryder Grill. The role is 45 hours per week, five days from 12 or 3pm until close, overseeing a busy service and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will lead a skilled team, set standards with the Restaurant Manager, ensure thorough briefings and training, and foster a positive, high‑performance environment. The position offers an OTE of £32,427.22 including gratuities, with a base of £30,789.22.
