Lead Practitioner & Team Leader – Health & Social Care

Cornerstone is seeking a Lead Practitioner in North Ayrshire to mentor Support Practitioners, promote person-centred care and uphold professional standards. You will model best practice and work with the Service Lead to ensure services run smoothly and within budgets.

The role requires a strong health and social care background, a passion for people, and commitment to SVQ/PDAs while registering with the SSSC within three months.
