Limitation File Handler – Motor Litigation

Davies is seeking a Limitation File Handler in Bolton within the Legal department. You will manage MOJ/OICP limitation cases, ensuring court deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality case handling and client communication.

You will work with insurers and internal teams, drafting statements, coordinating with Counsel, and keeping case management systems up to date as part of a supportive, progression-focused unit.
