Building Systems Engineer London / Hybrid

Own the control side: how neos reads, models and safely writes to heating, cooling and ventilation plant in live buildings.

Writing set-points to a building someone lives or works in is a high-trust operation. This role owns that boundary.

What you would work on

Control strategies for heating, cooling and ventilation across residential, office, hotel and retail assets. The constraint model that keeps comfort bands, legionella cycles and statutory limits as hard limits rather than optimisation targets. Commissioning new buildings onto the platform and diagnosing why a building is not behaving the way the model expects.

What we look for

Real HVAC or building services experience, and enough software fluency to work in a codebase rather than a BMS front end.
