At BasePoint, we specialise in delivering in-person sales and marketing campaigns for established brands, helping our clients connect with customers, expand their market presence and drive commercial growth.
We’re currently working alongside EE, supporting the expansion of their events and retail campaigns across London. As our business continues to grow, we’re creating opportunities for recent graduates to gain valuable commercial experience and develop their careers from the ground up.

Your Experience & Development
You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of our sales and marketing operations, gaining practical experience in customer engagement, campaign delivery and commercial performance.
As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to broaden your understanding of the business, developing skills in areas such as team coordination, coaching, performance management and leadership.

Previous sales or marketing experience isn’t required. We’re more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and potential to develop.
