Commercial/Civil Litigation Solicitor – 7 + PQE

THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed Barrister with c 7+ PQE to join an expanding Dispute Resolution Team

The post holder will be expected to handle complex and high-value litigation and arbitration, including cases with a sanctions-related element

The role will be office based

THE CANDIDATE

You will have c 7 + PQE gained working for a leading disputes resolution practice handling high-value/complex corporate, commercial and financial disputes

Candidates must have a strong grasp of the CPR and the Commercial Court Guide, and a proven track record of working on complex civil litigation

The ideal candidate would also have experience in some of the following:

• Civil fraud.
• Cross-border disputes and/ or the conflict of laws.
• Sanctions and white-collar crime/ investigations matters.
• Handling matters for high net worth and/ or ultra-high net worth individuals.
