Store Operations Lead — Deputy Manager (Own the Floor)

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Greater London. You’ll stay calm under pressure, manage cash processes, monitor stock, and inspire your colleagues to perform their best work. You’ll also take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is absent, driving performance and a positive customer experience.
