Senior Design Engineer, Composites & Vehicle Structures

Williams F1 Racing Team is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join the Chassis, Bodywork and Wings (CBW) group. You will own engineering projects from concept to completion, supporting R&D and production through build, test and fault-resolution phases.

You will lead fault investigations, mentor student engineers, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with aerodynamics, electronics, chassis, and production to deliver precise, high-quality designs using Siemens NX.
