- Gain broad experience through a range of actuarial work, collaborating across different teams and areas of the business.
- Develop personally and professionally through tailored workshops and case study exercises.
- Receive support for your actuarial exams, including study leave, mentoring, wellbeing support, and financial support.
- Work towards qualification with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), gaining both professional accreditation and the valuable on-the-job experience required to qualify as an actuary.
