Global Quality Investigator – Customer Complaints

CY Partners is recruiting a Quality Officer to join its global life sciences team in Newcastle. The role focuses on investigating and managing customer complaints worldwide, requiring a scientific background and strong quality process understanding.

You’ll work with Quality, R&D and other teams to identify root causes, document findings, and ensure corrective actions. Training and development are provided in a regulated environment.
