We deliver a full range of fabric improvements and renewable heating solutions to domestic properties nationwide, working alongside utility providers, local authorities, housing associations, and private homeowners.

Thanks to our highly skilled workforce and commitment to quality, we’ve built a strong reputation as one of the UK’s most trusted specialists in renewable energy, heating, and insulation. As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of retrofit and energy improvement projects across multiple sites. Working closely with subcontractors, operational teams, residents, and clients, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, within compliance requirements, and to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality construction or retrofit projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed programmes.
  • Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams to achieve quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures, and safe working practices.
  • Planning and coordinating labour, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
  • Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing operational updates and performance reports.
  • Working closely with residents, customer liaison teams, and stakeholders to ensure a positive customer journey throughout project delivery.
  • Identifying and resolving site challenges, delays, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Attending project and operational meetings, contributing to project planning and delivery strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including health & safety documentation, progress reporting, and compliance evidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, retrofit, energy efficiency, or related sectors
  • Looking for candidates who have experience in Solar and Battery installations
  • Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, and operational priorities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • A proactive problem-solver who can make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience delivering customer-focused projects in occupied homes (desirable)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
  • SMSTS qualification and/or HNC in Construction Management (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
