Reward & Benefits Partner – FTC (Hybrid, Manchester)

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Reward Business Partner on behalf of a leading training provider based in Manchester. The role is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, offering hybrid working and a salary of £38k–£48k per year.

You will support the annual pay review, manage benefits and contracts, oversee Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation, analyse reward data and lead reward initiatives while collaborating with HR, leaders and Trade Unions to ensure regulatory compliance.
