Change & Engagement Lead – EPR Programme

Derbyshire Support & Facilities Services Limited is seeking a Project/Change Support role to help improve Trust services and implement change projects across clinical, operational and corporate teams. The role will monitor progress, report on governance groups, and promote best practice and continuous improvement.

The post requires on-site presence at Sherwood Forest Hospital a minimum of three days per week, with hybrid working arrangements across the team.
