Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very successful family‑run independent estate agent in Essex, known for their personal touch and strong reputation in the local market. They are now looking for a driven sales negotiator to join their friendly and high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting viewings and market appraisals
• Negotiating offers and closing sales
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• A full UK driving licence
• Own Car

On Target Earnings (OTE)

• Full‑Time | Monday – Saturday (5 day week)
