Bake Line Production Supervisor – Day Shift Leader

Lantmännen Unibake in Bedford is seeking a Ready to Bake Supervisor to lead the Bake at Home department on 12-hour days, reporting to the Shift Manager. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, quality, and efficient handovers, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will supervise teams, enforce standards, manage shift coverage, and participate in line meetings and production reviews.
