Paramedics to PIP Assessor – Hybrid Weekday Role

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Registered Paramedics to transition into PIP Disability Assessor roles with Serco in Guildford. This hybrid, 9am-5pm position offers £40,000–£42,000 per year, with training and a clear path into quality-focused work outside frontline care.

You’ll conduct structured assessments by telephone, video, or face-to-face, review medical evidence, and produce clear, evidence-based reports to support DWP decisions.
