Product Manager

Overview

As a Product Manager at Octopus Electric Vehicles, you will shape a new, lifecycle-oriented EV leasing experience. You’ll define a measurable product roadmap and work across teams to bring the vision to market rapidly. You will conduct user research, test hypotheses, and use data to identify opportunities and measure impact. You’ll leverage modern tooling, including AI, to accelerate value and tell a compelling story of progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise a roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Conduct regular user research and jobs-to-be-done interviews
• Test hypotheses with analytics and iterative releases
• Use data to identify opportunities and track success
• Communicate progress and direction through storytelling and inclusive communication
• Leverage AI-powered tooling to accelerate time to value
• Collaborate across the company with a high level of autonomy

Key requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Manager owning software products end-to-end
• Track record of delivery in fast-paced and cross-functional environments
• Proficiency with shaping workflows and tooling for internal teams
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills
• Fluency with SQL and product analytics
• Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with engineers
• Demonstrable ability to thrive in high freedom, high agency culture
