Regional Operations Chef — Peak Kitchen Leader

Inn Collection Group seeks an Operations Chef to support inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and the Lake District. You will work with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to improve speed, quality and consistency, especially during busy seasonal periods.

You will coach teams, run kitchen passes during peaks, and drive commercial performance while maintaining excellent guest experience and strong communication with regional leaders.
