London: Hybrid Emerging Talent Recruitment Advisor (FTC)

Bates Wells is seeking an Emerging Talent Recruitment Advisor on a fixed-term contract to lead early careers recruitment during a peak period in London. The role oversees solicitor apprenticeships, vacation schemes, and training contract recruitment, coordinating assessments and candidate experiences.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will manage multiple stakeholders, ensure high-quality processes, and hand over smoothly on return of the Emerging Talent Manager.
