Clearway Group UK is seeking a Vacant Property Inspector to carry out scheduled insurance compliance inspections of vacant properties across Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
You will use the in-house inspections app to complete a 32-point checklist, capture photos, and report risks promptly. The role requires travel across multiple properties and a careful, compliant approach.
Strong attention to detail and a full, clean UK driving licence are essential.
