At The Cambridge Building Society, we are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional member experiences and drive sustainable branch growth.
You will coach and develop team members, take ownership of branch performance and help members with their financial needs. As a visible ambassador for the Society, you will build connections with local businesses, professionals and community groups, creating opportunities through networking, events and financial education.
You will bring leadership and coaching experience, commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills. With a proactive approach and a commitment to high operational and regulatory standards, you will inspire your team to achieve great results while keeping members at the heart of every decision.
Salary and working hours
Starting salary £30,000.00 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week) occasional Saturday working to meet business demands.
5 days per week from our Great Shelford & Melbourn Branch
