The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Senior Design Managers to lead design delivery across major projects, from pre-construction and bid stages through to completion and handover.
- Healthcare and hospital projects
- Data centres and critical infrastructure
- Defence and other complex, high-value schemes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing design on projects valued at £50m–£200m+
- Strong experience across pre-construction, PCSA and construction delivery
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams, including architectural, civil, structural and MEP disciplines
- A strong understanding of buildability, value engineering, programme and cost management
- Experience with D&B, JCT and NEC contracts
