Strategic Evaluation Consultant — Remote (14 Days)

Without Walls seeks an independent consultant or consultancy to review existing evaluation methodologies and design a robust, organisation-wide evaluation framework for 2027-2032. The project is short-term, strategic and focused on creating handover-ready tools for the Evaluation and Data Manager.

The consultant will work remotely, with a possible in-person meeting in Manchester, and will report to the Head of Festival Partnerships. Total fee is £4,900 for 14 days at £350 per day.
