EMEA Payroll & Benefits Leader — In-Office 4 Days

StoneX Group is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits – EMEA to lead payroll and benefits operations across 13+ countries in the EMEA region. You will govern processes, drive standardization, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant and timely payroll delivery.

You will oversee the EMEA Payroll Consolidation project, manage a dispersed team, and continually optimize controls, reporting, and vendor management to support growth and scalability across the region.
