Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Exeter team at Edwards Court, Millbrook Care Village. You will support people to live independently at home and in the local community, providing personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and help with daily activities.

You will be matched with familiar care staff to ensure consistent support and help people access community activities, shopping, and day-to-day routines.
