Daytime Sous Chef – Lead High-Quality Kitchen

Fire Group is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our daytime kitchen team after a refurbishment. This permanent, full-time role offers an on-target earnings package of £39,800 – £42,800, plus tips and service.

You will work with a Head Chef from a 3 Rosette background, maintaining top standards of food preparation, hygiene and presentation while optimising kitchen operations. The role emphasises fresh food with local suppliers, including salmon and trout.
